Organic growth and synergies

Katjes International (Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG), together with its two legally independent sister companies Katjes Fassin GmbH & Co. KG and Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG, is part of the Katjes Group.
With a focus on Western Europe, Katjes International strategically concentrates the Group's investment activities in companies with well-established brands in their respective markets. The aim is to continually expand our position with a focus on the Western European fats moving consumer goods market by acquiring strong brands, exploiting synergies and promoting organic growth.

Sustainable value enhancement for our brands – the Brand Tuners

We believe in the strong brands and products we acquire. Through targeted investment in marketing and advertising, we achieve a sustainable increase in the value of our brands. Our established brands Dallmann's, Sperlari, Treets, Bübchen and Candy Kittens are all examples of how we have successfully implemented our concept.

Financing growth

With the aim of financing company growth, Katjes International has successfully issued four corporate bonds with a total volume of EUR 365 million since 2011, as part of a strategy to utilise additional financial instruments besides the company’s operative cash flow.

2023/2028 corporate bond

On 14 September 2023, Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG offered a new corporate bond (WKN: A30V78; ISIN: NO0012888769) for subscription. The bond had a target volume of EUR 110 million but was upsized to EUR 115 million due to strong demand. It is maturing on 21 September 2028 with a fixed annual interest rate of 6.75%. The issue date of the 2023/2028 corporate bond was 21 September 2023.
