We can then take this information into account for future updates and redesigns of our website.

We have a legitimate interest in analysing the use of our website. This is the only way we can find out if and how our website is of interest to anyone. This enables us to better manage and utilize our resources. The legal basis for the use of cookies for analytical purposes is Art. 6, 1 (f) GDPR.

5. Will the data and information about me be shared with others?
In order to provide our website and fulfil the described purposes, we work with various service providers. Products of these service providers are integrated in our website and we provide the following information about them, based on our current knowledge:

  • Google Analytics: For the analysis purposes already mentioned, we use the Google Analytics analysis service from Google, LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics is an analysis tool that provides us with information about the use of our website. For this purpose, we or Google store cookies on your computer that log your behaviour on our website and transmit it to Google. Google uses this data to compile analysis reports about the use of our website. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the data on Google’s behalf.
We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize your IP address. Before being transmitted to the Google servers in the USA, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the European Economic Area Agreement. This means that it cannot be traced back. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can find more information about Google Analytics at: http://www.google.com/intl/de/....

As soon as you visit a page of our website that contains Google Maps, Google collects and uses data on your usage. You can find out more about how Google processes data in Google’s privacy policy. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the privacy centre.
You can find more detailed information about managing your data in connection with Google products here: https://support.google.com/acc....
  • Google reCAPTCHA: To prevent automated data input, we use the Google reCAPTCHA tool. The prompt serves to distinguish whether data is being input by a human or by malicious software engaging in abusive activities. Your browser transmits your IP address, but it is not merged with other Google data. Google’s data protection regulations apply to this data. For more information on Google’s privacy policies, please visit: https://www.google.com/intl/en....

6. Storage duration of personal data
Unless a specific storage period is mentioned within this Privacy Policy, your personal data will be stored with us until the purpose of its processing is fulfilled. If you request deletion, revoke your consent for data processing, or if the purpose for the data storage no longer applies, your data will be deleted, provided we do not have any other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e. g. tax or commercial law retention periods); in the latter case, the deletion will be executed once these reasons no longer apply.

7. Is data transmitted to recipients outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA)?
