The fast-growing Treets brand is Piasten's flagship, with its distinctive orange packaging. An eye-catching brand for dragee lovers, it is sold mainly in European markets, with a commitment to sustainability and natural ingredients. Treets chocolate and peanut dragees are flanked by a range of other delicious peanut products, all of which are vegetarian, with fully vegan Treets peanut products added to the range in 2024. All Treets products are made with 100% Fairtrade cocoa and natural ingredients and are palm oil free. Even the bright coating on the dragees contains only vegan colours. In 2014, Bavaria's largest confectionery manufacturer and Germany's largest dragee producer, Piasten, was acquired by Katjes International. In 2018, Treets - THE PEANUT COMPANY was launched in Germany and selected European countries. With around 450 employees, Piasten has a net annual turnover in excess of EUR 100 million. Piasten GmbH is headquartered in Forchheim near Nuremberg and can look back on more than 100 years of company history.
