Carambar & Co
The merged company Carambar & Co. (CPK and Lutti) is a heavyweight in the French confectionery market with a total of approximately 1,400 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 400 million. Katjes International currently holds a 23% stake in Carambar & Co.
CPK owns established French brands such as Carambar, La Pie Qui Chante and Krema, as well as the iconic British chocolate brand Terry's. Lutti's main products include sour fruit gums such as Surfizz and Bubblizz. CPK and Lutti production in France is spread across five factories in Blois, Bondues, Saint-Genest, Strasbourg and Vichy.
