• Bogner, Germany’s largest family-owned luxury brand, becomes part of Katjes International.

  

• Launch of Shirin Beauty, a joint venture with Shirin David, focused on premium cosmetics.

  

• Katjes International successfully issues a new €115 million Nordic bond (2023/2028) and refinances its 2019/2024 bond ahead of maturity.

  

• Katjes International acquires Theramed and the entire Henkel Oral Care business.

  

• Katjes International acquires Bübchen, the market leader in the kids care segment.

• On the first day of the subscription period, Katjes International successfully places its new 2019/2024 bond. Strong investor demand leads to a 10% increase in issuance volume to €110 million.

  

• Katjes International acquires Sperlari, the No. 2 in the Italian sugar confectionery market.

  

• Katjes International successfully issues a €60 million bond (2015/2020) listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Entry Standard for corporate bonds).

  

• Katjes International acquires Piasten, Germany’s largest producer of dragees.
